PureHeart4Kids is committed to using donations responsibly and transparently to support our mission of helping vulnerable children find loving families.
How Donations Are Used
Fund Allocation
- 60%Direct Services - Family support, counseling, resources, and adoption assistance
- 25%Education & Outreach - Workshops, training, awareness campaigns, and materials
- 15%Operations - Technology, administration, and organizational growth
Tax Deductibility
PureHeart4Kids is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our Tax ID is XX-XXXXXXX. You will receive a receipt for your donation for tax purposes.
Recurring Donations
Monthly recurring donations provide sustainable support for our ministry. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at info@purehearts4kids.com or calling (123) 456-7890.
Refund Policy
We understand that mistakes happen. If you made a donation in error or would like to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your donation. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, email info@purehearts4kids.com with your donation receipt and reason for the refund request.
Donor Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. We will only use your information to process your donation and communicate with you about our ministry (if you opt-in).
Financial Transparency
We are committed to complete financial transparency. Our annual financial reports and IRS Form 990 are available upon request. We maintain:

Designated Gifts
While we accept designated gifts for specific purposes, we reserve the right to redirect funds to areas of greatest need if the designated purpose cannot be fulfilled or has been fully funded.
